Volunteer Agreement

A volunteer agreement must be completed and submitted for every volunteer.
Michigan for Vaccine Choice (MVC) believes that diversity and equal opportunity are important for its success as an all-volunteer organization. We are committed to creating an environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment. Actions, words, jokes, or comments based on an individual’s sex, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or any other legally protected characteristic will not be tolerated. MVC encourages volunteers to bring any such incidents to the immediate attention of senior volunteer staff or directly to the board of directors. Please note that Michigan Health Choice Alliance (MHCA) is a separate legal entity that identifies and supports vaccine-choice political candidates; this is important to distinguish based on the following terms.
